Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the jp369 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the Services.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jp369 operates a strict 21+ policy and enforces age verification at the withdrawal stage and at any other point where jp369 has reasonable grounds to question a Player's age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any bet on the Platform.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and must access the Platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which your personal use of the Services is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated, acting under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to use the Platform.
4. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on jp369. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not a Restricted Territory resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from within, any Restricted Territory. jp369 reserves the right to update its list of Restricted Territories at any time and to take action — including account suspension and fund return — where a Player is found to be accessing from a Restricted Territory.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jp369 Services, you are required to create a registered Account. The registration process and ongoing Account obligations are as follows.

3.1 Registration Requirements

1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
2. You must select a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
3. You must not register using a false identity, a fictitious name, or the personal information of any other person, living or deceased.
4. jp369 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend a newly created Account pending further verification, without being required to provide reasons.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a Player's first withdrawal — and at any other time at jp369's reasonable discretion — jp369 will require the Player to complete the KYC process. This typically involves submission of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP — or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bank account or e-wallet screen showing the account holder's name).

jp369 may request additional documentation at any stage if further verification is reasonably required. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, Account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify jp369 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jp369 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have knowingly or negligently shared them with a third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp369 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion service is offered or implied.
2. Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
3. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction and may be updated by jp369 at any time. The general minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated.
4. Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. jp369 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or cryptocurrency wallets.
5. jp369 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request an alternative payment method at any time, without being required to provide detailed reasons, where jp369 has concerns regarding the legitimacy or source of the funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

1. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jp369 Account holder. jp369 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
2. The KYC process (Clause 3.2) must be successfully completed before jp369 will approve any withdrawal request.
3. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or enhanced verification procedures.
4. jp369 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. jp369 will communicate the reason for any delay where legally permissible to do so.
5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and may change from time to time. Players who have outstanding active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds may not be able to withdraw until those requirements are satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

jp369 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays and sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

1. Opt-in: All bonuses must be claimed or opted into through the designated mechanism (e.g., entering a promotional code, clicking a claim button) before the stated claim deadline. jp369 does not retroactively apply bonuses to wagers or deposits made prior to opt-in.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
4. Maximum bet while on bonus: While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, you may not place a single bet exceeding Rp 50.000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit may be voided and Bonus Funds forfeited.
5. Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unexpired bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
6. Abuse: jp369 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend an Account where jp369 has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to complete wagering requirements, or any other conduct that jp369 reasonably considers to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Gameplay Rules

All games and betting products on the jp369 Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products.

1. All game outcomes on RNG-based products (slots, virtual games, and RNG table games) are determined by certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and verified for fairness.
2. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by human dealers and transmitted via live video stream. The result visible on the live stream is final.
3. Sports betting results are settled in accordance with jp369's published settlement rules for each sport and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the result published by the relevant official competition organiser shall take precedence.
4. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jp369 will investigate and, where possible, reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned.
5. jp369 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or in circumstances where jp369 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player had access to information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed.

Responsible Gaming

jp369 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a suite of player-controlled tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity. These tools are accessible via the Account settings dashboard at any time and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp369 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using any software, bot, script, automation tool, or artificial intelligence system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or a game malfunction are void and will be removed from the Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or defraud jp369 or other Players.
• Using the Account for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. jp369 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account, or accessing or using a third party's Account on their behalf.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jp369 Platform — including but not limited to the jp369 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, audio, and video materials — is the property of jp369 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jp369's prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

jp369 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

Limitation of Liability

1. The jp369 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jp369 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game or betting product offered thereon.
2. jp369 shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jp369 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. jp369's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jp369's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp369 holds its international gaming licence. For Indonesian Players, where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through jp369's internal complaints procedure, the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

jp369 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements and standards imposed by its licensing authority, including requirements relating to player fund protection, fair gaming, and anti-money laundering compliance.

Amendments

jp369 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, jp369 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on the Player's Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Account closure procedure.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter a Player's rights or obligations, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
